1. Introduction

DoHyle Inc. ("we", "us", "our") operates the DoHyle AI fleet management platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our Service. By using DoHyle AI, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: Name, email address, company name, billing address, and phone number provided during registration.


Vehicle & Location Data: GPS coordinates, speed, heading, and route history for registered vehicles.


Driver Data: Driver profiles, hours of service records, and behaviour event logs (harsh braking, acceleration, etc.).


Media: Dashcam images and video clips captured by connected DVR devices for event recording and AI analysis.


Usage Data: Log data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and API usage for service improvement and security.


Payment Information: Payment transactions are processed by Paddle. We do not store full card numbers or sensitive payment data.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and operate the DoHyle FMS platform
  • To process subscription payments and AI credit top-ups
  • To send service notifications, alerts, and billing emails
  • To power AI features including dashcam image analysis and driver briefings
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents
  • To comply with legal obligations

4. AI Features and Third-Party Processing

AI features (Vision analysis, AI Assistant, AI Reports, AI Briefings) are powered by Anthropic's Claude API. When AI features are used, relevant data (dashcam images, text queries) may be sent to Anthropic for processing. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their own privacy policy. We do not use your data to train AI models.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Paddle — payment processing
  • Anthropic — AI feature processing
  • Cloud infrastructure providers — hosting and storage
  • Law enforcement — when required by law

6. Data Retention

We retain data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion:

  • Account and billing data: retained for 5 years for legal compliance
  • Vehicle location history: deleted within 90 days
  • Video and images: deleted within 30 days
  • Driver event logs: deleted within 90 days

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Data portability

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect Service functionality.

10. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including Korea, the United States, and Australia. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for any international transfers.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
