What are AI credits?
AI credits are consumed when you use AI features — dashcam image analysis, AI assistant queries, automated reports, and daily briefings. Credits are purchased as add-ons and consumed as you use AI.
Do credits expire?
No. AI credits never expire and roll over indefinitely. You only pay for what you use.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No contracts. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Credit packages are one-time purchases with no recurring commitment.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are processed securely via Paddle.
Can I mix plans across vehicles?
Yes. Each vehicle can be assigned a different plan. You only pay per-vehicle for the plan assigned to that vehicle.
How do I get support?
